Regardless of age, pets play an important role in our lives, but their positive impact is even more significant for seniors. At The Heights, we know how important pets are to your health and well-being, which is why our senior living community is pet-friendly.

Pet Policy for The Heights Senior Living Residents

The Heights requires all pet owners to sign a special lease and identify a person to care for the pet in the event of an emergency. We also ask that all pets be licensed in accordance with state and local laws, and proof of inoculation and vet contact information is required.

Friendly, well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. A pet security deposit is required to cover any pet-related damage or expenses.
