Caregivers Support Group
In recognition of the importance of providing ‘care for the caregiver,’we are pleased to offer an ongoing support group for our community at The Heights.
For those who are caregivers (family and friends) of someone with Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia or memory loss, we welcome you joining us.
A support group provides a comfortable place to gather with others, to talk and to listen, to learn practical tips and develop a mutual support system.
This group meets monthly at The Heights at Avery Heights.
Facilitated by Holly Taylor-Fry CTRS, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Director of our Burnham Memory Care Residence and Roseanne Holland LCSW, Resident Services Coordinator
