Parkinson's in Motion at The Heights

Empowering Movement. Inspiring Hope.

Living with Parkinson's disease can present daily challenges, but it doesn't mean giving up independence, purpose, or the activities you love. At The Heights at Avery Heights, our Parkinson's in Motion Program is designed to help individuals living with Parkinson's maintain strength, confidence, and connection through exercise, education, support, and community.

We believe independence isn't about doing everything alone—it's about having the tools, resources, and support to live life on your terms. Through specialized programs like Rock Steady Boxing®, Dance for PD®, support groups, educational events, and therapy services, we're helping people with Parkinson's move better, feel stronger, and stay engaged in the things that matter most.

Most programs are free and open to the community, because everyone deserves access to resources that empower movement and inspire hope.
